To qualify for this promotion, you must sign up within 9 days of the email send date and get approved for a new Elavon merchant account within 30 days of receiving this Costco Weekly Insider email. The account must be activated within 60 days of account approval by processing and settling a batch for at least $100. The account must have at least 30 days of processing. Merchant accounts have to be activated and actively accepting payment transactions for a minimum of 30 days and be in an open status at the time of the award.
