  1. Must be a U.S. Costco member. To qualify for this promotion, you must sign up for a new Elavon merchant account from September 1 – October 31, 2026, and activate the account by November 30, 2026. Costco Executive Members will receive a $150 statement credit for a new, activated Elavon account as well as a $150 statement credit for qualified equipment. Credit for equipment only applies to equipment valued at $100 or more. Costco Gold Star and Business members are eligible for a $150 statement credit for a new, activated Elavon account. Merchant accounts have to be activated by processing at least $100 in payment transactions and must be actively accepting payment transactions for a minimum of 30 days and be in an open status at the time of the statement credit award. Credit awarded will be applied to the Elavon statement within 90 days of new account activation. Limit one statement credit offer for each member. Services provided by Elavon.

  2. Estimated savings are calculated on annual processing rates and are based on Elavon's analysis of The Strawhecker Group’s industry data survey in payment processing services as of December 2025 on net revenue from merchants of a similar size and type compared to the portfolio. Actual savings will depend on business type, card type, and manner of card acceptance and volume of transactions. Non-Executive Members pay an Application Fee and Monthly Statement Fees. Services provided by Elavon.

  3. Executive Members do not pay an application fee or monthly statement fee. Non-Executive Members pay a $25 application fee and $4.95 monthly statement fee.

  4. Visa/Mastercard/Discover service is sponsored through Elavon. Rates listed are for qualified card transactions. Lodging (at 1.79% plus $0.20) payments are not eligible for the in-person qualified rate. Additional rate tiers and costs apply to alternative transaction tiers. A monthly minimum charge of $20 applies when total monthly transaction fees and per-item charges are less than $20 per month. A $25 Application Fee and $4.95 Monthly Statement Fees apply for non-Executive Members. Rates and fees may change without notice.
